1. Pilcher’s Pond is near my folks in Rome. i’ve been up past armuchee to john’s mountain. they stock trout there on john’s creek.

   1. Dockery Lake is in one of my fly-fishing georgia books. it’s glowingly reviewed. being near so many of these little lakes described. maybe a pond-hopping camping weekend? a 3 day would be best.
